A birthday surprise

My sweet husband along with my girls decided to surprise me last night. They were suppose to be getting Alfred's boots, and they were taking along time. About 9:30pm I got into bed and they walked in the room with this very nice Abercrombie jacket for me for my birthday. What a sweet and loving family I have. Thanks guys. I love it.

What a birthday

Well as most of you know today is my birthday. A whole year older. When you get to be my age you don't want anymore birthdays. I started out real sick this morning, thanks to my grandson Adrian. He was sick with a flu bug yesterday and I was given it to as a present. I spent most of the day in bed or the bathroom. My girls were wonderful, they got up and took care of the boys for me. About 10am I received a call from Kyle's dad saying Kyle went to emergency late last night and broke his wrist. He was suppose to come to our house tomorrow, but know he has to get a pin put in it on Friday, so sometime next week he will get to come. I am starting to feel a little better, still can't eat. I was suppose to go to the dentist this morning, cause I broke my tooth and needed it fixed, but I was too sick to go. Another day. Happy birhtday to me. haha

Angel & Snow

It turned out to be a beautiful day. Sunny, but not warm enough to melt the snow. Right now it is 19 degrees. Angel decided she wanted to finally play in the snow. She made a snow angel, and and tummy snow angel as you can see.

another really cold day

I took Alfred to work this morning around 7am and where he is working it was -7 degrees. I took a picture of the temperature. Sarah has been duilding an igloo for the past few days. She went outside this morning to build some more and decided 5 minutes later it was just too cold. Angel was just too cute so we had to snap this picture. Only 5 more days till Christmas. Remember Jesus is the reason for this season.

It's Cold !!!!!!!

This morning when I took Alfred to work it was 11degrees outside. But where I dropped him off to work it was -3 degrees. Dang. It has been cold and going to get colder, but our family loves the snow, and hope we get alot more.

Church Christmas party

Saturday, Dec. 16th we had our Church Christmas party. There was such a variety of food, and the children's plays were great. They all did such a great job. Sarah and I got to sing what child is this together, and I sang mary did you know. We all had so much fun.

Angel's Dance Program

Angel, on the second to the left.

Well of course she was adorable, and quite the ham. All the other girls kept watching her to see what to do. At the end she kept bowing. When was over she said where are my flowers. We of course forgot them. She had so much fun. All the other dances were cute too. Our pastor, Larry and his wife, (part of our family) came, and they enjoyed it too.

Picture day

Boy what a fiasco pictures are. I am glad we only do it once a year. We got to the mall at 9:45 and found out it did not open until 10. So we waited. When it opened we finally walked to Kiddie Kandids and there was already a line in front of us and a line developed quickly behind us. We did not leave the mall until finally 12pm. The boys were crabby and wanted to get into everything and run into the mall, Angel was hungry then thirsty, and the girls had had enough especially with high heels on.

Christmas is 18 days away

Megan & Angel on the carousal
Sarah singing for the CD
Angel, Gabriel & Adrian with Santa

Yesterday I took the kids to the mall. Yeah, can you believe it, me to the mall. I hate the mall. But I survived. We went and got the girls some new dresses for their Christmas pictures, and went and saw Santa Claus. Sarah and I have been working on making a Christmas and praise CD, to give away for Christmas.Tonight is Angel's recital. I can hardly wait to see what she does tonight. She definately has no stage fright.

Dress Rehearsel

Angel had her dress rehearsel for her dance. She was so cute. At the end of their dance she was the only one that courtsied. A few people said oh how cute and pointed, and as her class was leaving the stage she ran back and courtsied again, it was adorable. She is such a ham. Tomorrow night is her recital, any one is welcome. It is at 7pm at the Legacy Center in Lehi. She is the second to the left in the last picture.
